We started Kashi Organics with a simple belief…. wellness shouldn’t feel complicated

We grew up with these herbs as part of everyday life. Our mothers and grandmothers passed down simple remedies to help assist everything from digestion to sleep to immunity. We’ve felt the benefits first-hand since we were kids, long before supplements were something you bought on a shelf. So when we looked at what was available on the market, something didn’t sit right.

So many herbal supplements were packed with fillers, long lists of ingredients or such small amounts of active compounds that they don’t make a real difference. We wanted to change that.

That’s where Kashi Organics began. We wanted to bring the same simplicity we grew up with into modern wellness, one powerful herb at a time. Every product we offer is carefully formulated by experts around a single, high-strength extract with proven benefits and crafted to be easily absorbed by the body.

Meet Our Team

We’re a couple who came out of COVID feeling exactly like many others - sedentary, stressed, and disconnected from our own wellbeing. That wake-up call pushed us to rebuild our routines from the ground up. Better food, more movement, and a return to the herbal remedies we’d known since childhood.

Professionally, I work as a Senior Medical Education Manager, collaborating with specialist doctors and helping deliver CPD education. If there’s one thing every healthcare professional agrees on, it’s that prevention beats cure. Modern medicine is powerful and irreplaceable, but complete wellness comes from a mix of good nutrition, lifestyle, and natural support.

As we rebuilt our own wellness habits, we realised how confusing the supplement world was. There was so much misinformation and a lot of products that looked “natural” but didn’t contain enough of the active compounds to actually do anything. So we dug deeper. Research, scientific literature and conversations with experts that helped make it clear that high-quality, high-potency extracts are what deliver real benefits.

That became our mission to create herbal supplements rooted in tradition, backed by science, and designed to actually help you feel better. No underdosed formulas! No empty claims! Just the herbs we’ve trusted our whole lives, made in a way that supports yours…!
